Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development

17 goals of the Program 2030

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) are a universal appeal to action to end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives and prospects of people throughout the world. In 2015, all Member States of the United Nations adopted 17 Goals as part of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, which sets out a plan to achieve the Goals in 15 years.

Currently, progress is being made in many places, but, in general, the measures to achieve the Objectives are not advancing at the speed or on the scale required. The year 2020 should mark the start of a decade of action ambitious in order to achieve the Targets for 2030.
