Héctor Castellanos Alonzo pointed out that they represent an international organization which is 4H in the United States with entrepreneurship issues in the agricultural sector and 4H means four parts of the body and to translate it into Spanish 4S is used, which is why it is FUERSA with S.

He stated that the best entrepreneurs in the world are in the agricultural sector since they do something else that no one can do: food production.

He stressed that food production will always be a good business as long as there are mouths to feed, which is why there are great challenges for entrepreneurs in the sector and stressed that in Mexico there is great potential and promoting entrepreneurship is an issue of national security since it does not it can remain unproduced.

He stated that they are a foundation that works to do better what is already done well and the Mexican agricultural sector is not only the one that produces, but also involves other economic sectors, so there is a great opportunity for young people to undertake in a sector. basic and modernized.

He pointed out that they work with more than 70 public and private universities in Mexico where young people from different careers are invited to turn to the programs they offer to work hand in hand with producers.

He highlighted that there is already a badge called Products for Peace which seeks to promote internationally the products that are made well in Mexico where there is a list with more than 3,500 producers from different instances related to the sector from traditional drinks such as mezcal to canned and frozen products.

He explained that it is important to build new leaders who help continue promoting and supporting the sector.

He said that at the Dubai World Expo, products for peace were promoted because it is inevitable to talk about Mexico internationally without talking about the issue of violence in the country.

He mentioned that daily work is incorporation under the productive youth development model, it is a thinking model that helps develop five basic skills for life: working for objectives, landing ideas, launching the idea and self-evaluation.

He pointed out that with Productos por la Paz they started with 74 producers from the mountain area of Guerrero to produce honey and currently there are 1,741 families working with them to have a livelihood and generate resources.

He also pointed out that in Chihuahua there is work for the communities but a representative case is a mezcal from Guerrero which is exported to 17 countries in the world with a production of 22 thousand bottles per year.
